is there a way to add somehow that when a CC is declined it should try again for the next 3-5 days automatically?

No. The best is to go thru and recharge manually. Remember, each recharge costs you between 0.15 to 0.20 cents

15-20 cents. All credit card merchants pay a per-transaction fee. That fee is charged even if the charge did not go thru. So does that recharge every day for 30 days it costs them already a few dollars.
