There are families who don't have children in our mosed anymore, but they have balances. Do they anyway get monthly statements?

Depends on your selection

1. You can enter a account number if you want to view statement of account.
2. by clicking here it will print regardless if there is a balance due, default it only prints statement for accounts with balance.
3. you can select if you want to sent to all accounts, current parents or parents not in period
4. you can select if you want to include accounts that are marked no statements etc.
5. you can setup accounts to receive statements via email 
6. you can exclude old balance (works on most statements)
