Cancel a cc charge before its going thru

After 12:00 when its becoming (for example) 12/03/19, all cc that have to be charge on this date are going into processing (green in the system), but not going thru till somewhere in the morning,

the issue is that i can't cancel/delete it, because its a completed transaction, and i can not refund/void as well because "you can only refund transaction that went thru".

can you please resolve?

Added. You can now change scheduled transactions until 7:59 AM.
