Can we set that a text or email is sent to donors.

If we want to offer the option to our donors useing our automated payment system by phone or if they are set up for monthly charges. So they can get a preset email or text instantly letting them know their donation went through? If yes how can we set this up? Or do we need tech support for this? Thank you.

You go to alerts tab under notes. There you choose the Alert CC Charged and you choose which email or cell phone it should go to. They will get an email or sms message every time a card on this account is charged. If you want to only send if a card was declined choose CC Declined.
