The 3rd Polio Shot if the child gets it after 4 Yeara then its valid as 2 Shots

In the rules by polio shots it doesn't show up that if the 3rd shot was given after 4 years that's its valid for 2 shots, I updated manually but I wanna make sure that I am right.

Not needed as 3 shots is always enough for polio.
