Credit Card tab is it possible to have a column called student

same way we have in payments, so when the credit card charge comes thru its applied to a charge of a particular student in the same account

this it very useful in divorced or remarried accounts, were there is my kids your kids and our kids and all are in the same account.

Not really, as the charge isn't entered per student. But for divorced parents each person paying separately should have there own account.
