is it possible that when a payment shows red in the payment tab which means something isn't entered good, can it come up on the front screen next to credit card capured

Do you mean the red line over a payment. That means that the payment has not been deposited yet.

when the detail amount of the checks on the bottom docent match with the top amount, then the top amount becomes red,

This is an highly unlikely case to happen (It will only happen for first time users once or twice.), But we will add it to the list of payments that come up in the front screen. Will update this post when its done.
