Sure, Just copy and paste the numbers in the box for Add Phone Numbers. The format of the phone number doesn't make a difference as long as there is 10 numbers on the line. Also it will not remove duplicates. So if you might have duplicate numbers open the control panel and choose scrub campaign to remove any duplicates.
