direct Cert

Question

I see the direct Cert works per family - doesn't it have to work per student? Because on the form we have to fill out how many students we actually found and how many we have by way of extension.

Also, I have a lot of students who aren't getting matched even though the last name, first name and birth date match. I think that if the address isn't the exact same, they aren't getting matched. Can you change the rules so that if the address is similar it should also get matched (or maybe the address doesn't need to get matched at all - only first name, last name and DOB is enough) It would really pay to get this worked out since we need to do this a few times a year and it's very tedious work. Thank you!!

Both facts stated are not correct. It is per student. And similar addresses gets matched too. Contact support so they can discuss with you how it works.
