is it possible to run a report to see if any credit cards that were charged but by mistake a payment wasn’t created and entered?

If a payments wasn't created or was changed or was deleted the credit card will come up on the front screen as captured.

So go thru your ignore list and check the note why it was ignored. All ignored are not supposed to have a payment for it.

My point is that we found last week a parent that called to go through his transactions and apparently it was never entered. I don’t know if it was ignored, I’m not sure what happened that caused this. Therefore, I want ascertain if there are any ore transaction from that day that were not created.

In the same screen you can filter for all ignores.
