Fundraising Payments Query: What does the "Future CC as Payment" include?

Any selection under the CC Trans tab. If nothing is selected it will include any uncharged credit card that is not ignored.

For example if you wanted to have only credit card charges for a specific campaign and after a specific date.

You would select those options in the credit card trans tab and then go back to the payments tab and click include. (Don't click include in the CC Trans tab!)
