How to remove a child that no longer meets a Bus Route query that is based on Program Classes

Question

We have a bus route that is at a certain time. i.e 4:30 for certain grades, we also added a query that any child that is in a grade let’s say pre-school, which goes home let’s say 3:00, that if they attend a certain program class they should also show up on the 4:30 bus.

How can we make that if the child no longer attends that program that meets the criteria, that he gets removed from the bus?

We don’t remove the child from that program class, we only make an early end date, because we need a record that he once attended that.
