Question

If a Receipt alert is setup by an account, when printing a single receipt from the account, can it popup an alert that the person wants his receipts emailed?

I have donors that say:
I DO NOT WANT MY WIFE TO SEE WHAT I GIVE... PLEASE SENT ME RECEIPT BY EMAIL ONLY
So I'd love to have an 'Email only' check-box on general info tab, (where the no Receipt check-box is) that would prevent me (by pop-up) from printing (& mailing) a receipt by mistake and destroy his Shulem Bayis... & and then him as a donor...

We are talking about the new email feature from the alerts tab. Click on the link in the first answer.

Added. If you set an alert email it will default to email receipt. If you choose a preview or print it will alert you that user has an email.
