How can I print an envelope directly from someone's account?

Thank you, the tutorial is very clear. However, after following instructions carefully, the option still doesn't show up in print menu. Does this work for fundraising program also?

In fundraising its needs to be added in same place under "Print Fundraising Menu" and value text should stay blank.
