Addiddional Merge Field

Question

Can (IF Legal FName, then Fname) be added to the Add fields option by mail merge

Like: IIF(Len(CallName) > 0,CallName,FName)

Also would it be possible to have an option of Comma 1 & 2 to be able to make two separate merges in (addl. fields) in one document merge?

You can always type in what fields you want.

If you enter to different fields to replace the first would be "Comma" and the second would be "AutoMergeField"
