PTA schedule is locked- how do i change an individual appoitment?

Is there any way for me to delete an appointment, for example if a parent can't come that night and then manually change an existing parent to fill his slot because that empty time slot now works for a different parent?

Not yet. As this entails also looking for duplicates and creating some method to fix it. Will try to get it for next years PTA.

Why can't you make that it can be added manually in order to be able to print out correct class lists with PTA times for Rebbi's

When you add how dont you know you are giving the same appointment to two people.

I'm talking about if let's say Family A has 3 slots and he calls into the office to say that he can't come and then family B calls that the time he got is impossible for him to make it, but the empty slot from family A will work for him, so I will give him those time slots and I would have to write it on to the list. It would be alot better if I can manually delete family A's time and that time into family B. Like this, the class lists with times for Rebbeim will come out correctly.

understand, but in really life the three slots of family A don't all work. So we need to keep track of open slots etc.

Correct, so before someone gets assigned a new time, we can just check the class list to see the available slots and assign those if possible.
