If I want to enter money that came in as a loan (in Fundraising) - should I set up a new company or just make a new campaign called loan?

I don't want the loan to be considered a donation.  How can I record it properly?

Loan money shouldn't be entered in the system at all. You should enter it in the system you use for AP (Quickbooks).
