Is it possible to copy phone numbers from excel and paste it into the software to make robocalls ?

If its just to make robocalls then you can click on control panel and upload the phone book, if its for one time only you can paste it by add one per line.

Yes.

In the voice tab, at the bottom left there is a box with a label "Add Numbers, 1 Per Line", you can add/Type/Paste additional numbers there.
