swipe a card in notes by the accounts (asking for satmar dinner)

Question

we would like to request that we should be able to swipe a card in notes tab by the accounts

same as we can swipe @ mass payments

it works by tuition, but not in fundraising,

(need it for satmar dinner this motze shabbes - if possible)
