when i enter a future start date for a child this child shouldn't come up anywhere till that date.

When i want to print a statement for a new child which was registered but didn't start school yet, the only way i could do it is after i enter the period and charges. Is it possible that these charges and the child's name shouldn't come up in any report until the child actually starts school? (and like a future payment it should be green until that date..)

Anywhere is a big word. It most come up someplace. What you mean is that the report or reports you use for current class list to give to the teachers etc it shouldn't come up.

 

For that its best you contact the support team to go thru the options (There can be a question on each class list report for current only. You can chose current only by choosing today's date on top. Or thru a query.)

What about by a balance report? possible that these charges shouldn't come up till that date either?
