Sending recording

Is there a way to send a recording for Example Mothers Cell and if there is no mothers cell it should go to the Home Phone  ?

Sure. First send to Mothers Cell, Then exclude anyone that has a mothers cell and send to Home.

To exclude anyone that has a Mothers Cell go to the general info in queries and choose [Desc] and select Mothers Cell and click on exclude.

I think its easier to export to excel and remove duplicates and then enter the phone numbers
