GPS: Let the parent know that a temp bus is being used

When a temp bus is being used we would like the parent to know to look out for a different bus.

We have added to the automated message to include if a temporary bus is being use.

The message will also include the temp bus number.

Its possible to shorten the message?

I got a few complaints from parents that they don't like to wait the extra few seconds every time they call in and hear again that their is a temp bus.
