SMS Responses include Name/Type in Subject of Email

PLEASE :-)

When parents respond to SMS then the email just has their phone number but we don't know who the person is without logging on and looking it up. Could you just add a automatic merge to the subject of the email with the SMS response that says Rabbi Yossi Goldblatt Fathers Cell etc.

I am curious how JL could implement this. The return email doesn't flow through JL. Perhaps export the list to Excel and add it as contacts to the email platform?
