Select multiple Categories in notes

Question

Can we have the ability to select multiple categories on top when viewing notes on an account? This would be important when unsure what category a note was entered under but not interested in scrolling through notes.

i guess you must unhide your grid its there see sample below

You could  select  to see all on top and then right click on the grid and do filter by the ones your looking for

Please understand that using the filter method is not user friendly especially when one needs to look for a note quickly. Isn’t this why the categories were put on top in the first place?
