Students that are no longer enrolled appear in class lists. Please fix

Good morning, 

I hope this message finds you well.

When running the Class List Elementary report, I found that a student who is no longer enrolled appeared on the list for Class 1D.  He left the school on January 4, 2016.  This date is marked as the end date for his class. Do other fields need to be updated to show that he is no longer enrolled and then remove him from all class reports.  His name is Noah *****.

Any assistance that you can provide is greatly appreciated.

Class lists show the complete period selected except if you enter dates on the top right.

i see date options on top LEFT corner. i entered todays date and student name still came up on report. is there anything else that i am missing?

Call in, as this might not be enabled on your report. The dates are on the top of the screen left side. Two dates one below the other.
