Email excel reports

Is it possible to create a report feature that you can directly email an excel version of a report from JL? It would make things alot easier

just change filetype to excel or csv

This doesn't answer my question. I'm not talking about scheduled reports. If I call up an alumni list to send to someone for a chasuna list, if I click email report, it generates a pdf as an attachment to an email. Is there any way to have it generate the report in excel form which I need many times
