rights to change bus route time assigned to a bus. under the Buses Tabs

Question

Please can you add that only users with assigned rights can change the route time to a given bus. we had users by mistake change the pull-down menu which moved the bus to another route and messed up the routes. they are subconsciously though that they are selecting that bus on the other route time, without realizing that they are changing the assigned bus time.
