Is it possible to add history to bus routes and bus changes?

It would really be very helpful for us if we can see who made changes to a route and when. Is there any possibility of history being added for bus routes? We would really appreciate it.

It would be helpful for reporting bus data from previous months to OPT. Also, to keep track when accounts need a transportation charge removed or added (i.e. if student changed from bus to walking)
