Does Email Form have option of alphabetizing?

Question

When we want to send Email/SMS to specific recipients, the email form pulls up the names in a random order. Although we could sort by the Name field, it sorts by Title then First Name then Last name. There is no option in Unhide Columns to add last name column.

you can click on "show all data", it will load Lname and all other columns available
