Add Drop-down by Location in general info tab

Question

Hi, I would want you to add a dropdown by location in the general info tab. so we dont have multiple spellings or sorts of describing for the same location. (But it should be an editable dropdown, to add more locations).

you can update all locations by zip in administration

We don't want to do that because of 11230, that is in 2 locations.

Besides of that, i am not referring to how to update locations, I want that when we add an address we should right away do it correctly, so if there would be a dropdown there, then we would put in the right location without needing to fix it later.

Also not all locations depend on Zip codes, like Israel
