Can we customize the text that we send to parents to confirm a bus change?

Question

When we press the ‘send SMS’ button in the bus change index, it generates a text. Would it be possible to change the text to read as follows: “Goldy Kohn has a bus change to 1217 52nd Street on Purple Bus, from 12/19 to 12/20.”

Added in version after December 26, 2023.

You would need to contact support as it needs to be written in SQL coding. 

 

Note for Support:

Global Setting Name: BusChangeSMS

Replace: !Time!, !GTStudentNum!

Default SQL: FName & ' ' & LName & ' has a bus change to ' & Address & IIF(Len('!GTStudentNum!')>0,' (!GTStudentNum!)','') & ' on Bus #' & BusNum & '-' & BusName & '.' & IIF(Len('!Time!')>2,' The bus will arrive approx !Time!','')
