Bus changes to a family that's in the cheder but not on the same route.

Question

When a boy has a bus change and he is going to a family that's in our cheder, but that family doesn't have any kids on that route, I have to manually put in all information, their name, phone number and address, it doesn't come up on the report. Could you make that all information should come up and we'll just manually put in the bus number?
