Father's Cell / Mother's Cell option when creating staff acounts

When adding new accounts for staff members, there's no option to choose the phone type so it automatically just says "cell" in the account and doesn't pull up on reports. Is there a way to make one box for Father's Cell and one for Mother's cell so we can put the phone number in correctly from the beginning?

No. But you should always go to the account and correct all info after opening.
