When entering a payment, how do all names and addresses show up, even the ones that aren't marked as default?

Usually only names and address show up only the ones marked as "Default" in General Information.  Can all names and addresses eg. business name and business address, show up while entering mass payments of books in Entries?

All addresses do show up.
