We had an Immunization Audit yesterday and we used the "Immunization Dates All Info" report, it worked very well.

I want to publicly thank  all JL technicians for all your help, support, patience and guidance...

Also thanks for reporting the issue we had with the rules for MMR where there was a typo that made MMR received before 8/7/10 valid even if it was given before a year old.

You can now update your system and run Check If Valid for all students and it will update the MMR info.

Hi, Can any school that passed already that  Immunization Audit report please what are they looking for specifically, also do they ask for detailed school documentation of warning and exclusion letters.

All students should be completely up-to-date unless they're not feeling well and have a note from the Dr. or if they just received shots and cant get more at this time. You should have these letters on file, however, I think it depends on who your inspector is - they don't always ask for it..
