Zip code locations

Question

How can i designate locations for addresses in a certain zip-code but not for all address in that zip-code? Case on hand is Zip-code 11230 where most of the zip-code is outside BP, but some streets are within the BP neighborhood, and when targeting the BP population with a mailing or robo call the easiest way is by selection Location, but the BP streets will be excluded by default.

Can a checkbox be added to administration Zip-codes, to require a user entering or updating an address for a checked zip-code to manually select a zip-code form a list which will be populated by the existing locations within that zip-code? (Maybe even have such a popup list for any zip-code where there are multiple location entered.)

Will add, Will also add the option of entering an address query for each zip to limit it by certain streets and house numbers.

Will post here when done. (Will help for New Square and other large areas too).
