Permission to delete scanned checks and to manually put in payment numbers to link the checks

Question

1. Can you please give access to delete scanned checks. If there are duplicates or if the scan did not come in properly. It says access denied

2. Can you give access to edit the scan screen on the right hand side to manually enter payments to link to the scanned check. Some checks are written differently and not picking up the right information.

Can you please try with the "Allow editing scanned check" option checked?
