Can you add an 'Alert Type' under "Alerts" that would send a notification the parent when they have a missing immunization? It should send them a reminder one/two weeks before a shot becomes available to be taken and once it is actually due, it should send them a daily alert with the missing immunization info - which child, which shot etc....
