Bus tracking line should keep repeating the info

Question

Its possible that the bus tracking line should repeat the tracking info without the call being disconnected and need to call back?

Lots of parents are complaining about it, (apparently a other school where they are sending the kids has such a system)

Makes no sense. Why repeat the info. Why not call back. There is only one other company and they do not repeat and do not even allow calling back the same minute.

Its not repeating the same info, its updating the tracking status every 15-20 seconds

The bus is now at "1 Bedford Ave"  - 20 seconds later - "The bus is now at 50 Bedford Ave" etc.

Its much more convenient, and you get live tracking updates

Contact sales. In order to support so many concurrent calls you will need to update your servers in the school and our servers. The price per bus would be around double.
