Could we PLEASE have a name format: TitleW FNameW (Maiden-Name[if TitleW=”Mrs.”]) LName

Question

Could we PLEASE have 2 name formats:

TitleW FNameW (Maiden-Name[if TitleW=”Mrs.”]) LName

And one without the title: FNameW (Maiden-Name[if TitleW=”Mrs.”]) LName

We need it to print normally on ANY report that we pull up with that name format.

TitleW FNameW Maiden-Name: pulls up the married women as “Mrs.” with their maiden name – why would anyone want that? (When they had their maiden name they were Miss)

TitleW FNameW LName/Maiden-Name: pulls up both Last Name and Maiden Name even if they are the same (they are not married).
