is there a way to be able to mark off which voucher students are already enrolled and which ones we are still waiting to be enrolled?

Question

We need to have all secretaries see if the child is already enrolled so to not cause confusion to parents when one secretary says the child was enrolled and one says that the child is not. and is there any other way a parent can see that their child is not yet enrolled other then leaving the contract on.
