show "future checks" in charges

Question

someone came today in office to pay a $500 balance because he got a call from the collector that he has a balance

but then i noticed that he actually paid a few weeks ago with 2 head checks of $250, but the :total due" does not include the payments because the check dates are future days and it still shows that he has a balance

its possible to show on the screen "future checks $250" like it shows "future CC" ?

If I remember correctly we do have a setting to include future checks in total due. is that what you're looking for?

In the grid by charges the total will already be applied. So it will not show up as due. The bottom total is controlled by the top right drop down if you want to see until end of year.
