Is there a way to query accounts with attachments?

I would like to make a report of all accounts that have a specific attachment scanned under "family attachments". Is there any way to do this?

Sure. You go to Generic (1), Choose MScanner (2), Chose the field Note (3), Select the Note you are looking for (4), Click on Add (5), Click on Include (6).
