Deleting medical forms or Attachments from previous years to an updated one, is there an easy way to delete it from the server as well when updating the Attachments within the account ?

When you overwrite the medical form the old one gets deleted. Please explain exact steps you are taking and where you have the issue.

we weren't overwriting the way you described above , we will do that going forward .

we were creating new ones so we were looking to delete the old ones so we don't overload our server with stuff we don't need.

Correct. So just overwrite. It will remove the file. Hard drive space is in Terra Bytes. There is more than enough space for extra documents.
