How can we update JLS to show when a person gave money over a few months then stopped, so we can reach out again, not only when the cc expires?

I have so many people giving monthly donations, and the software doesn't automatically tell me when their donation stops. The only way is if I manually out a reminder, but I cant do it for everyone, and there are already so many people that aren't set up. If we don't update this ASAP, we will be loosing tons of donations. Please can we update this ASAP? How long will such a thing take to create?

There is multiple ways to do such a thing. You can query whoever gave Jan, Feb, Mar and not April.

You can look on a report that has columns for months and see who has months missing.

It all depends on your data.

The real question is what means they are giving monthly? The y call or mail in every month with a donation and you want to catch the month they didn't?

Or is it a case where you solicited a donation for 6 months and now the 6 months are over? If this is the case, the best way to manage it is by creating a to-do to solicit the same time you set up the 6 months of payments. And then you can always set a target date of when to start working on the new donation. This way you are not guessing if a month is missing, you know what was setup.
