Viewing Bus Routes

Question

In Bus Routes, when you click on Route Time, you get a drop down of all the Routes for that period.

Is there a way to archive routes that are not needed anymore without deleting them?

Or a way to sort the list so that only the current routes that are relevant should be on top?

But not only at the drop down should the inactive routes be archived it should come up when making bus changes etc....

I tried doing that IT ISN'T Sufficient 

the main reason is the secretary and others also use it and they don't always understand the codes 

2nd reason i cant clean the routes 

again can i possibly live with it? well i have been using it the last few years HOWEVER IT IS VERY VERY INCONVENIENT

Why don't you just add a z to the beginning of the route time for those that are inactive?

It doesn't work. I've tried that. 

2 routes stayed after the Z routes. Which defeats the whole purpose.

No clue what you are writing, what different does it make if you have a checkbox move to bottom, or you enter a lowercase z. Lower case z will always be by the bottom.

We have no plan on adding such a thing.
