Is it possible when moving a child to alumni account, to include all additional info, and attachments specific to that child/student?

Question

For example DOB, Passport info.  (that is additional information specific to that child/student)
Or documents like passport and birth cert.

Also, when moving student from parents account the parents contact info (email, cell phone number) transfer to the students account. Is there a way to setup that the students contact infor (Student Cell, Student Email) will be moved over instead.
