WE have to do the CEP for the school year 2016-17, can we download the excel spreadsheet from the direct match for April 2016?

In order for a school not to collect family eligibility application we have to do the CEP cycle, we have to down load the September '15 direct match spreadsheet and then add the names that are in the April '16 download.
