Can JL split a class based on two different criteria, taking into account student level and friends preference?

Question

we would like to split our upcoming kitah ches based on academic level. Each student has also selected 3 or 4 friends that he would like to be with. where can i mark a students level and his friends preference in the program? and can you divide the class for me taking this information into account? First by level then by friends.
