How do I populate the dropdown in the phone/email status field?

Question

I would like to ensure that status in the phone grid is used consistently.

How can I populate the dropdown box?

In administration > admin, on the right type/select Phone Type you can modify how ever you'd like it to be, in the query screen in fundraising it will only display the types you setup, in tuition it will display all unique description you have on accounts.

Don't the entries in the "phone type" refer to the type of phone and not the status?

I am asking about the MPStatus field not Desc.

Can you add that functionality for the Status, Occupation and Industry fields in the address grid?

Added. In order to add a list you need to add to administration the following lists.

MAStatus List

MAOccupation List

MAIndustry List

 

 

 

Then log out and you will find these in the dropdown. Choose and enter your list. If you want to have anything Existing in the field come up enter Existing.

Thank you for the work on MAStatus, MAOccupation and MAIndustry. They are working now both in Tuition and Fundraising.

My original question was about MPStatus in the phone/email grid. Could that be done also? (I tried adding it in Administration as above but that didn't work).
